1) Instructions say to remove the front and rear bumpers. I assume this is necessary correct? If so I'll try to get one of my friends help before the mod day so one less thing to do.

Yes for front bumper (if stock). I have a pick up so I didn't need to do the rear bumper, but I assume you will because you will need to relocate them up

2). Do I need to remove my sliders?
you won't need to, you should still be able to get to the body mounts with the sliders. Look under and see if they cross bar on your sliders block any of the body mount bolts

3). Should I remove all my skid plates? It says just the front radiator skid but I'm not sure if that is all the person had on their truck when writing it up...

Just the front one

In regards to the Heater hose, for a 2 inch you shouldn't have to.

Do you have jacks, wood (to help push the body up) and stands? I can bring my mini compressor and impact if you don't have one.

I have an air compressor and tools so no need to bring it. I might need another floor jack. I have a lot of fire wood we can use. I have 2 large jack stands and 2 small jack stands.

So i was looking at my front TJM Bumper and noticed some bolts on the inside the bumper almost where the winch would be located. It seems the bumper is attached to before it attaches o the frame. Im thinking 2 things.

1) I may be able to take it off and slide the bumper off and leave the plates attached to the frame on.

2) these bolts almost look like they are drilled as well to have a 2" body lift with adjustment.

Sorry that might be confusing but i was wondering if anyone knows. I contacted 4x4parts.com and they do not have any instruction manuals for the bumper to provide because they say there is a new design out now...

If those bolts look like their attaching the bumper to any part of the bumper then yes take them off.

Still looking for a place to do it?

I was planning my place unless someone else is better suited or mor central location. I was thinking in my driveway which is flat and got enough space.

If it's easier to do it at my place - I'm available to offer it up.

As for the instructions, contact Donald as he has great instructions that we could use.

That works for me if you want and if others can do it too? I don't mind either way.

Do you have my address still?
If so, feel free to PM it to everyone else that volunteered and we can coordinate the time and timing.

We can get an early start... how does 9a sound? That could get us done by 3p if all goes well.

Bring 'em - just in case we need them.
I have a fair amount of tools / stuff, but I'd rather have extra tools and not need them rather than need something that I don't have.

If I remember on the way home from work, I'll pick up extra sawzall blades
