How about the weekend of November 8th?
Looks like we could have 4 body lifts and a snorkel, which is a lot...quite possibly too much, but well try.
For the body lifts, spray the hell out of the bolts now and make sure you can loosen all ten bolts (the rear four are the most crucial as there is no way to access the nuts). Break the bolts loose and re-tighten them (just get them snug, don't crank them down again). Donald, could you post your checklist in this thread? Also spray the bolts on the steering shaft and the 10mm self-tapping bolts on the brake line shield behind the driver's side front tire. Also, crawl under the truck and spray the drive shaft safety loop bolts...it's mounted on the underside of the body in the center of the truck.
Also, no muddy trucks...get the underside of your truck clean. I hate having crap fall into my eyes while wrenching on a truck. Bring a clean truck!

Scott one good thing to know is that Derek was telling me he's been spraying the hell outta his bolts and he also mentioned that he had the two rears already out..
So honestly to everyone that wants to install a BL.. Spray the living shit outta every bolt as much as you can. They can be a royal pain in the ass. Specially the two very rear bolts.

Oh and another good thing. If you have skids, try to leave them or take them off. It'll make it a little easier. Not only that you won't be needing them right away..

Good point, particularly in getting at that safety loop.

I'll check my calendar, but I think that november 1st might work... Hell, now that I have a volant intake, I might buy a snorkle and see if I can squeeze it in

LOL I'm hoping to get mine in before Mod day. After all it only took a month for volant to send me TWO parts kit bags. First from my direct inquiry and then a week later from my vendor inquiry, to why nothing had been sent from manufacturer.

I should be off work the weekend, so if you need another set of hands, let me know. I can also bring an air compressor (albeit a smaller one) if it would help to have 2 going.

My Halloween Party is the 1st since I don't get back from my trip until the 31st.
I probably won't be in any shape to drive on Sunday, but we'll see.

So I don?t think I can make this date... just because I have a lot actually going on that weekend. I hope this doesn?t mess it up for others that plan on going. I am more available for the 2nd 3rd or 4th weekend in November. but no need to reschedule for me ill figure out something.

Romeo, we can schedule another one later. Quite honestly, the to do list was quite long anyway. We have plenty to do already and perhaps we can schedule a later weekend to do yours and that crazy guy's no one has ever met.
